"The best possible end of all God's actions is His own glory. Everything God does or allows in all His creation must ultimately serve His glory. There is no end higher than that because there's nothing or no one higher than God. 'For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen' " (Romans 11:36).
The concept of God's glory embraces much mystery that we cannot fully comprehend. We do know, however, that it includes the exaltation of His person and the display of all His splendor and wondrous perfections, including the perfection of His wisdom as we discover it in His creation, in His providence, and in His redemption of lost men and women."
